    I was most impressed with the initial survey carried out by Lenny who explained in great detail what options and offered helpful advice for us with absolutely no pressure for a decision. We followed his advice in getting our electricity cable moved from the fascia onto the wall by the National Grid for free prior to having the work done. We were kept fully informed of the work done at all stages of the job with useful advice on rerouting some drain pipes and overflow pipes to make it more appealing and efficient etc The professionalism by Lenny and his Dad was outstanding and such a pleasure.
