  • Repair of bad burn and clean

    Russell was amazing. I had a colossal hole down to the floorboards where I had accidentally burnt through both carpet and underlay. I thought I would need to replace whole carpet. Russell was able to repair what was a 10-year-old carpet with a spare patch and you cannot see the difference. He also repaired a worn step for us and cleaned out stair carpets. He was absolutely charming and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who needs carpet, repair or cleaning.

    Had to have heating replaced recently which left stains on my carpets. Russell came on time and got rid of all stains. Carpets were very clean once he'd finished. Very happy with his work. He even said he'd be able to fix a burn on my carpet. Very pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
