  I was recommended to John by one of my friends John and his team came out very promptly and provided me with a quote which I was happy He insured me I only needed one tile replaced . I would definitely use them again in the future Very good workmanship and good customer service

• Fix leak in velux

  He was very quick to call and offered a quote (£650 which seemed quite high but there was terrible rain and was keen to get it sorted) to replace a flashing kit of a velux which is what I asked for. He said he would be getting the kit prior to coming round. When he arrived he said he couldn't get the kit but advised the leak could be fixed with some additional lead work. I felt pressured somewhat as they were already on my roof even without the flashing kit or confirmation I wanted to go ahead. I was charged £550 for 15 minutes work and we still have a leaking velux window.

  I was extremely impressed with this company, firstly in terms of speed and efficiency of overall service. I contacted them on a Wednesday, John came out with Dave the roofer to quote on Thursday and by Saturday lunchtime the job was finished and tidied up. Dave worked extremely hard and both he and John were very pleasant to deal with. The charge was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.
