10Verified ReviewInitially attempted to service the existing mega flow hot water cylinder but the air gap diaphragm fell to the bottom when draining. Explained exactly what had happened and that cylinder would need to be replaced. Arranged to complete the next working day. The new cylinder is more efficient and provides plenty of hot water for 2+ people. Before there was only enough hot water for one shower at a time. Clean and tidy workmen, would recommend.
