Full renovation of a 2 bedroom Flat in Durham
10Verified ReviewEcellent workman ship from Pro Build Durham. They are professional , very good value and go above and beyond. They are experienced builders and knowledgeable in all aspects of work, whether it be structural, foundations, painting, decorating, tiling, joinery, ironmongory and roofing. These guys I would highly recommend.

The list of jobs, internal and external have all been done to a high standard and at a very competitive price. They clean up all of the mess each day and make sure that none of the works interferes with business or the other staff’s duties. They’ve been a delight to work with and are extremely professional. Would be very happy to use their services again in the future.

10Verified ReviewThese guys have just re-done the whole of the roof at our 4 storey hotel. This included all insulation, membranes, timber joists and slate tiles. It must be one of the most complicated roofs in Durham City and includes a Tower!!! They do their own scaffold erecting which we hired from local merchants (Jewsons) to keep the cost down and while they were putting the scaffold up they did all of the stone-work chemical cleaning, window repairs and re-pointing. The whole building now looks a million times better. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The renovations include both internal and external works and a retail conversion into a 2 bed student flat. The can do all tradesman jobs including plastering, tiling, joinery, metalworks, painting, plumbing, bathroom & kitchen re-fits, loft conversions, straight-forward electrics, roofing, stone-work, bricklaying, concrete/cement patio flooring, extensions, guttering and window replacements. The list is endless!!!
