• Asbestos inspection in loft space

  I put out a job request for an asbestos check for my loft. Steve from prodem replied straight away, after a quick phone call where i explained the situation Steve came around that day, had a look around and was happy it was safe. Steve told me the only charge would be if he found something as it was a small space and didn't take him long to fully check over. Absolutely top bloke, very genuine, professional and knowledgeable. 100% would reccomend and will use Prodem again for anything in his area of business in the future. 10/10.

• Test for asbestos. Remove artex coated ceiling to porch, and 2 asbestos cement flue pipes in loft.

  Very highly recommended. Stephen and his team are professional, helpful and explain everything. They had already done a test and found there was no asbestos in the main ceilings, but found it in small ceiling in porch and 2 flue pipes in the loft. They arrived when they said they would, with safety equipment and cleared it all within 2 or 3 hours, and took all the material away. We were thrilled that they managed to remove the flue pipes without removing the roof tiles, so we didn't need to get a roofer to make good. They left the area spotless. They inspire confidence.

• Complete removal of ceiling due to asbestos

  We called Steve last week and he was able to come to perform an asbestos test on the same night. Three days later we had the result and Steve and his colleague arranged to come for a full removal of the ceiling (+coving) within a matter of days. They arrived well prepared and with all the necessay protections and precautions. They were finished within the day and left the room clear, taking all waste with them. We also received a statement in order to prove that full removal has taken place. Excellent, efficient and professional service.
