• Boiler repair and radiator replacement

  I recently had the pleasure of using Profix Contractors Ltd to repair a boiler issue and install new radiators and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Edris was excellent throughout the entire process. The issue was assessed quickly, a transparent explanation of the problem provided and the solutions required. A breakdown of pricing for the work was given before starting any work. The work was then carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. Edris also took the time to ensure everything was in working order before leaving. I would definitely use Profix again.

• Airlock problem - no hot water (or cold) in parts of the house

  Emergency call-out - Edris arrived at exactly the time he said he would (on a Saturday evg). He quickly sussed out the plumbing system in the house and where the airlocks were most likely to be and then used his wet vacuum cleaner to suck the air out of the system from three different taps. Explained everything that he was doing and why, as he did it. Came across as very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, pleasant (voluntarily took his shoes off on arrival) The whole job was over in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

  Edris did an absolutely superb job. I had a gas leak and he came with all the equipment and was done in 2 days. He made little noise and very little mess. He kept me up the date with everything he did throughout the process and clearly put my safety first. I highly recommend Edris.
