  I had an old flat roof which leaked during the recent bad weather causing the ceiling to partially collapse. Profix responded to my request for a quote on the day that I placed it and saw me the following day. The job involved stripping off old existing roof, applying OSB boards and an EPDM rubber roof system, facia boards and guttering. Westley and the team were very prompt, did the job very in the time quoted and were very clear in what work was needed. They took away all of the old materials and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with how everything went.

  After looking at the chimney Westley explained clearly what needed to be done, and showed me video of the problems with the flashing and pointing. When he started work he spotted issues with the roof felt front and back edges, and advised on fitting felt trays, which he then did as well. On completion he showed me video of the repairs.
