  Reece is a great tradesman. Communication was spot on and he did exactly what he said he would do for the price stated. He made the initial visit then 2 more when parts he ordered became available. The work was not straightforward, especially the tap in utility room which had worked loose. He had to adopt a very odd reverse crab like position to work his way under the butler sink to the awkward tap position only to find the fitting had rusted so would not budge. 10 attempts later, each time going into the same position without complaint and the tap was out and a new one installed.   Reece responded promptly to request for work to be carried out and came over to give an estimate. He explained all the options and then produced an estimate the following day. He carried out the work on the day that he said he would and returned two days later to complete it. He and his apprentice worked hard and were extremely pleasant. I was impressed with the standard of the work and their diligence in leaving the bathroom spotless. I am now seriously considering having them to replace the existing bath.
