    Tommy was very Proffesional and reliable.. As I used his service first time and was worried about my old doors as when you change the locks from just normal closing mechanisms to the key ones… Sometimes the wood is not strong enough.. But thank to TOMMY… He was goods… and reasonable in price.. Would recommend him to anyone.

    Terry arrived shortly after being contacted as we were unable to lock our back door. After removing, examining the lock and lubricating it he decided the lock did not need replacing, thereby saving us a considerable amount of money (& stress). Prompt and courteous service which was much appreciated.

    Our front door lock broke which meant we could not get in or out. I picked out Pro Locks from their good reviews. They were in our house within 20 minutes of our calling. (We were lucky they had just finished a job nearby). They could not have been nicer or more professional. They identified immediately the part that was broken. Our door was quite old so it took them a while to track down the part. But they somehow find it, picked it up from the store 12 hours later and finished the job within 1/2 of then. They set up a temporary fix in the meantime to allow us to use the front door again.
