    I had a great experience with prompt and precise LLP- they were quick to respond and came out the very next day, they were very friendly and explained what had gone wrong and fixed it straight away within the hour. Also kindly looked at another appliance that was causing issues and organised for parts to be ordered for that too! Good price and left the place very clean afterwards. Overall, excellent service- would recommend!

    Our oven suddenly stopped heating up one day last week. The same day that I made the request for help, I had a call from the engineer who came round within the hour and diagnosed the problem quickly and without fuss. I have only not given a rating for workmanship as we are yet to use the oven, but I’ve no reason to believe it is not fixed properly (the engineer tested it before leaving anyway).

Independent white-goods engineers based in Reading and Edinburgh. We repair all domestic appliances including cookers, dishwashers, electric hobs, extraction units, fridge freezers and more.


We are a small and friendly company with a passion for fixing appliances. We work in Reading, Edinburgh and surrounding counties using our combined knowledge to get appliances up and running.

Unlike some of our competitors:

– We work flexible hours to suit our clients needs, often visiting in the evenings

– We are open about our prices which is why we publish our fees online

– We don’t charge if a second visit is required to install a part*

– We don’t charge margins on our parts and provide links to the suppliers we use
