  We would’ve loved to leave a positive review but unfortunately the fitting was not done well. There are several tears and fraying spots particularly in the corners and edges. The carpet was coming up as he was fitting but told us to wait 24 hours and it would settle. It didn’t. He came back to try to fix the issue, and again we waited to see - but it is still bubbling up. We think it was not cut to size correctly or stretched out enough. We’ve asked the fitter to come back again, but they’ve told us they won’t come, even though he assured us he provides a “lifetime guarantee”. We want our money back.
