  ProPlumb were quick to respond to all queries, and kept us well informed throughout the process. When difficulties cropped out during installation (as they inevitably do) the engineers were great at discussing the matters with us and suggesting options and solutions. There were a couple of issues with leaky pipes post installation but the engineers were quick and reliable in coming back to resolve. Overall wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  This was the greatest experience with a tradesmen I ever had. It's rare these days you meet not only honest but those people that go the extra mile and make thinks how they are. They came on time, spent ages before confirming making sure what I wanted and getting price right and explaining everything. The speed of the plumbers was fast and the end product was great. There was an issue with the boiler following this and they came the next day. As I'm going through recovery from a Surgery I've been blessed by these people. Not only will I use them again but I'll be recommending.

  From my enquiry on Check a trade at 9 pm on a Thursday. Pro plumb contacted me at 9:15 am Friday to arrange to survey visit at 2 pm that same day. I received a detailed quotations by 8 pm detailing all the scope of work and a price. I agreed to go ahead Alwyn phoned the afternoon before to confirm that we were ready to continue. The engineers turned up promptly and worked with very little disruption. Alwyn phoned after the engineers left to make sure we were completely happy with the work before issuing a invoice. I have to say that I am so glad that I found ProPlumb. 5 stars
