    My mother's upstairs toilet was blocked abd we suspected there might be long-term pipework problems. Patrick called immediately and got to my mothers house within a couple of hours. He unblocked straight away and after a couple of quick tests, called me to say it was all sorted and no need to spend any more money. A welcome call! Have kept his details for the future
