He worked tirelessly to find out the source of the problem and fix it for us before everything defrosted in our freezer and so we were able to use the kitchen to feed the kids after school. He did a survey for us before we bought the house and then did the rewire when we had bought it. He was always on time and his communication with us was excellent keeping us in the loop which was so important as myself and my partner were away for work. After it all was completed he was so tidy and put our house back together that I have no complaints. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing work done! And to be honest he is just a really nice guy. So happy to have power!

The entire process was completely hassle free - from the pre-survey, quote, carrying out the works and certification/payment. New consumer unit supplied and fitted with a spur to new outbuilding, including; installing armoured cable, consumer unit, lighting, power and heater circuits. Jack also supplied all materials to specification and wasn’t phased when we added new requirements mid-way through. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
