    So happy with the result! Workmanship was excellent and Nathan was so friendly and easy to cooperate with. Felt at ease leaving them to get on while I went out. Even fixed an unsafe light switch left by previous electrician. Will definitely be using them for future work! Thank you again!

  • Making good and decorating - substandard work and intimidation

    A spare room needed to be made good and decorated, it was stained with nicotine. Nathan was aware, having visited and taken photos before providing a quote and starting the job. Nicotine was bleeding through after three coats of emulsion so he tried using another paint. This was unsuccessful. A primer/sealer was used to block the stains. The walls blistered but I was assured these would disappear; they haven't at all. Also, new pipework and part of a doorframe were not painted. Cracks to lounge ceiling were not properly repaired. I paid for lights to be fixed which have not been.
