2Verified ReviewUnless you want to be let down, do not use this company. I contracted PTS for landscaping work, estimated by PTS to run for 5 days including contingency. PTS however sub-contracted the work; workmanship & time being taken was so poor, they eventually removed them. PTS refused to properly rectify issues before going further & had a general attitude that 'close enough' despite multiple discussions. Job ‘completed’ unexpectedly by PTS via text on a Sunday morning, followed by immediate demands for payment. Ultimately I am left with sub standard work, including safety and boundary issues.

Olivia was my first point of contact, she organised the collection time and worked with my availability. James and the team even arrived early to the property on the day and worked efficiently with great coordination. Once the work was complete the areas were cleaned and tidied up. I highly recommend PTS and will be sure to use their services again.
