  Having used Phil before, I contacted him to advise us on making a shower room from two cupboards as there was no upstairs bathroom. He looked at the job, showed us a plan and gave a quote, which we were happy with, he was flexible around night shift work, which helped. He constructed a stud wall, removed old pipe work, to make the room, then he fitted a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and radiator and tiled the shower and floor. Phil is very friendly, reliable, keeps you informed throughout the project and extremely tidy. We are very pleased with the finish work, looks amazing.

• Cloakroom renovation

  We got in touch with Phil (Philip) Pullan through CaT and invited him over to have a look at the job and give us a quote and an idea of how soon he could start the work. With both quote and timeframe being what we were looking for, we went ahead. Phil did a sterling job of removing the old suite and lead plumbing, followed by constructing a stud wall and installing the new toilet and sink. Phil is clearly a professional, and moreover he is reliable, friendly, courteous and tidy. Whenever we will be in need of a plumber again, our first port of call is going to be Phil.

• Various Plumbing Jobs

  Phil was a pleasure to deal with. We had a lot of jobs that needed doing, new radiator thermostats, shower and bath resealing, plumb in washing machine and dishwasher and repair a toilet. Some jobs proved a bit of a challenge but Phil persevered and got everything sorted. We will definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

  We invited Phil Pullan to come and give us a quote for bath removal and shower installation. We had heard good reports about him and his work. He sent a quote through really quickly that we felt was acceptable for us He started at the stated time, was really friendly and started work . He also tidied up at the end of each day and completed the work in the estimated time frame. In regards to his work, absolutely amazing, we are beyond pleased, it really is so professional, the finish is stunning. We can not recommend him highly enough. The best tradesman we have had.

• Fit new kitchen taps

  Very reliable and excellent work, I highly recommend Phil just as he was recommended to me. He arrived on time to replace new kitchen taps for my elderly mother as the old ones were worn and dripping. He’d already visited to check what was needed then bought the taps mum wanted and arranged to come back and fit them. He also showed us where the hot and cold isolation taps under the sink were worn and broken so he fixed them at the same time. Very friendly, honest and clean, the price was also very competitive, and we have already arranged to have other work done.
