  Peter quoted for a roofing job but then found that the repair work was unnecessary and was able to carry out a much smaller amount of work. The quote was given promptly and work carried out in a timely manner. It's so nice to come across an honest trades man that doesn't try to do work that doesn't need doing. Will defeniately use Peter and his son again for any maintenance work that we need.

  Peter did a fantastic job on replacing the guttering on my single story extension; and took care of a long running problem I had with cable that the antenna fitter had left running through the gutter.The mess was all taken away and the man is a true gent. If I could give him 11/10 I would!

  If you want a really good job at a competitive price look no further than PW Maintenance & Roofing. Peter came round and gave the skylights a thorough inspection before quoting explaining to me everything that was needed and he would do. From initial quote to finish l found Peter knew what he was about, professional honest and fair. The lads were on time, hard working, polite and tidy. The finished skylights looks great and better than l imagined. Great experience from start to finish.. Connor and Darren were incredibly hard working, courteous and tidy and the end product looks amazing. 10/10

  I live in a very old house and our roof had a leak and needed some major work. I was given a thorough and reasonable quote by Peter, who I can’t recommend highly enough, and I was shown pictures and videos of before and after the repairs. The team were incredibly neat, tidy, friendly and polite. The work was to an excellent standard and I couldn’t have asked for more. The attention to detail and the additional little touches were outstanding.
