  Josh responded quickly to my advertisement. He phoned and asked lots of questions, then asked for photos to see the issue. Josh recommended getting a new toilet as the broken one was very old and it would cost a lot to fix. In the end, he fitted a new toilet efficiently and within 4 days of my ad being posted. Highly recommend.
