  • Repair of a leaky flat roof

    Dave responded promptly to my message and attended within a day to price the job. His team was able to start the work within a couple of days. They identified some additional issues that required a larger job to be done. This was also started promptly and completed. It was considerably more costly. Dave responded promptly to questions and queries during the workand provided photos of the job before and after. However, he promised a 15 year guarantee which has not been forthcoming despite chasing on several occasions. Hence, I have scored courtesy poorly.
