    Rafel from quote to finish has been professional, polite and provided an excellent service. He has kept me informed of everything and manages his his team very well, they were brilliant and professional as well. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. The outside of my property has improved dramatically and everyone comments on it. I know that Rafel and his team have had more work from them seeing the standard of his work on my property. I couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend them enough.

    I am a returnig customer. In the past, Rafal had put tiles on the walIs and floor in the kitchen and fitted new appliances and furniture in the kitchen for me. I am very pleased with Rafal's work. Always been kept informed about anything regarding the project. Tidied after work. Great sense of humour too!

  • Repair damage caused by a leak in bathroom

    I should not have employed this builder he failed to turn up twice to give a quote. For the work quoted I expected a professional. Instead I was sent a handyman not a qualified plumber . He told me he had another job so after 2 days in he left and returned 4 days later. I could not use the upstairs toilet as this had been disconnected. When the job was finished another leak from the toilet occurred, water was continuously running into the toilet basin and had little water from the cold tap. I contacted a qualified plumber who informed me of errors. It cost £200 for the remedial work
