    I feel this work has been done with dishonest intent . I paid over £2000 to be left to with the same issues . The work should not of been carried out as the roof was beyond repair . They would of known this before misleading me into believing temporary repairs would resolve the water leak coming in from the roof . When i rang they dismissed the issues and then after eventually explaining i did not get £2000 worth of repairs they promised me a a full refund . 2 weeks on and they has blocked my number and ignored my emails . I have no choice now but to issue legal proceedings.

    We recently had Ragnar damp carry out damp proofing works to our home. We were very impressed with how courteous Sam and Laurie were and they made the whole process, stress free as much as possible while we were working from home and the end result is absolutely brilliant. We would definitely reccomend this company to friends and family.

    I am not normally one to leave reviews but was so pleased with the outcome of their work that I felt compelled to write about the experience. Sam and Laurie provided care and empathy with getting the damp issue resolved as quick as possible. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they genuinely cared about correcting the issue. Correspondence was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend as I was very pleased with the pricing but more importantly it was the effort and care they put in to ensure that the work was done properly with no stress or intrusion on the customer.     We are very impressed. Laurie has been professional throughout our experience, coming to our house to look at the damp patch we had in the lounge, giving us a fair quote, while giving us an overview on what exactly it was he planned to do. On the day Laurie came with his colleague in the morning, both polite and got on with the job quickly. They did a great job, covered our sofa to keep it clean, and when they left they cleaned up everything and left the lounge clean and tidy. We will definitely be recommending to everyone and are very happy!!
