    Booked a door installation and explained everything including type of door and what was required etc. The fitters turned up today and refused to do the install as they did not have the right equipment. Seriously??? They told me the locking mechanism which fits in the door was something they don’t do . Why did this company send someone not competent enough to do the work, they should have checked first and made enquiries. I did everything on my end to explain the job but they have been irresponsible and I am now left with a door in my lounge. STAY AWAY… DO NOT TRUST
