Water heater leak
10R&R came to the rescue when we discovered our water heater was leaking. The problem was identified, and further damage prevented on first call out. We had a quote for options to fully fix and Ryan came out again first thing the next day to install the solution so we could have our hot water back asap! Thanks R&R!

He was well presented and well spoken giving us confidence already. He took notes and gave us a quote for a new boiler on the same day. He treated the job with urgency and booked us in the following day for a boiler install. Dust sheets went down everywhere and the job was completed to a high standard. Pricing was competitive and service was brilliant. We've now got him booked in for an all new radiators and a bathroom refurbishment. 10/10

Having spoken to other companies treating it with no urgency despite the damage caused by the water - I logged the job on Checkatrade. Ryan called the next day and had everything repaired first thing the following day. Didn't need to explain anything, he had all he needed from me saying the water cylinder is leaking.
