  R&r was highly recommended to us for some damp inspections. Ryan turned up on time. Was one of 5 trades men who came to quote. For the work. We felt at ease with Ryan he was easy to get along with and went step by step through the whole job. Prices was very reasonable compared to some. Moon prices we was getting. We chose to go ahead with r&r. And work was started quickly all rubbish was taken away and left very clean. All was completed very fast We can not fault this team. Definitely use them again and recommend to all our friends and family

  Ryan came highly recommended by a friend He was very pleasant and made everything easy to understand up on the start of the job everything came together fairly quickly.Him and his team are very pleasant and hard working job was completed within 12 weeks with all building work passed by building control Which we was very happy as he originally said 14 weeks We can honestly not fault this company definitely use them again and. We have already recommended him to others

• Extension to rear of property with Fibreglass Roof

  Ryan came to quote for the job, he's polite and friendly, as well as his team but this was our downfall, we put trust in him. We had to have words a few times regarding rubbish/bottles being left thrown in garden and house. The fibreglass roof was absolutely shocking, letting water in after only 2 weeks of fitting! The new ceiling collapsed on my head due to a leak from water pipes, Ryan had installed. That is when we found the floor joists had been installed wrong and other corners had been cut for reasons we are unsure. Also kept asking for extra payments than was agreed in contract.
