  The team came out the next day after calling them.. they assessed the the chimney with a drone . The work was carried out a few weeks later due to all the bad weather we had .. the team kept me up to date with progress when on site .. all waste was removed as agreed ..

  Nathan and James were very friendly. They arrived when they said they would and did the job the same day. They kept me informed about what they were doing. They went to get any parts they needed and returned quickly. I have given an 8 for workmanship, as I am not in a position to judge (I am not a roofer), but the work looks fine from the ground. It was very good to have someone who did what they said they would when they said they would do it. They also painted the facia boards and replaced some broken tiles on the roof, some lead flashing and a broken vent at the side of the house.

  What a fantastic company. James was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Our request for a roofer was answered super quick. James came with his drone and showed us exactly what needed doing. The estate was good and he said they'd fit us in as soon as he had a break in the weather. He messaged this morning and turned up en masse with his crew. Everyone was extremely happy and friendly. The job was done very quickly and no fuss. We are extremely happy. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

• Felting, battening and re-slating, new ridge tiles

  Prompt initial visit from James, another from James and Nathan a short time later - the rear elevation of our roof needed re-slating, artificial slates replaced with real ones. We waited a few weeks as we rose in the queue, the work happened during the dry spell in May. Everything prompt, efficient and expertly carried out. All waste went into the skip, no dropped nails in the drive, James runs a tight ship. A shout-out for Kirsty, top slater. A lovely finish, we are delighted with the work. James's crew a pleasure to have around.
