The work was agreed on ... proformas were sent detailing costs .. then a timetable for the work to be carried out . I was kept informed all along the way .....and the workmen who carried out the actual work were all exceptional.

10Verified ReviewI needed my downstairs toilet converted into a wet room for accessibility reasons. Paul and his team could not of done more for me, I am so happy with the results. Paul went above and beyond with the design and thought of things that I didn’t know I needed but have made things a lot easier for me when using my new wet room. The design is amazing and I’m so happy with the overall service. I would 100% recommend Paul and his team and will definitely re use his service in the future. He even went the extra mile to get me flowers and a lovely candle in my new wet room which was very thoughtful.
