    The engineer was pleasant, polite and knowledgable. He carried out an inspection of our drains with a camera and determined the best place to install the rodent gate to protect our property. He took the time to show us what he could see on the camera and explained what it meant. Rodent gate install successfully.

    Due to having a blocked drain l called out a company to assess the problem. I was advised that ALL the pipes on my property needed replacing and this could be achieved by a lining process within the old pipes. The quote given was £1600+VAT. I contacted Rapid Drains for another quote and survey. Sam from RD advised me that there was only an issue with some of the pipes not all. The quotation given by Sam was less than half of the first quote. I found Sam to be honest and reliable. The work was carried out efficiently with any mess being cleared up. I would highly recommend this company.
