10Verified ReviewCalled Rapid Response on a Sunday after realising our sewer drain was blocked. Spoke to Graham who was extremely helpful and got an engineer to us very quicky. Jack cleared the drain as best he could but discovered there was an issue further down the street which was having an impact on our drainage and advised us to speak to the water board. He was very good, explained everything he had done and our next steps. Graham and the rest of the team were fantastic. Gave great advice and support, were friendly and professional at all times, we would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
