• Knocking through a wall to create open plan kitchen/dining room

  We employed Ryan and his team to knock through between separate kitchen and dining rooms to create an open plan space. This included changes to the heating system and some minor electrical modifications. Works carried put very professionally, on time and to budget House left immaculate and all his team were a pleasure to have in the house Have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team and they will be our first stop for any future works David and June

• Garden and garage conversion

  Ryan and his team did such a good job, they were hard working, polite, tidy and professional. Ryan helped us to come up with the best plan based on the space we had and how we wanted to use the space. We are over the moon with the finished products, our neighbours even commented on how lovely our garden looks and how great they felt RB building solutions were. Such an easy hassle free process, Would highly recommend.

• Chimney removal

  Ryan was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. From the initial discussion and visit Ryan provided clear and concise information on what work was needed for our chimney removal and what this would cost. When the work was undertaken, Ryan and his team were polite, considerate and made my life much easier. The work was done in the time frame given and they left the area extremely tidy afterwards. The icing on the cake was they put some extra waste into the skip they provided for us to save me some tip runs! I wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending Ryan for your building needs at all.

  The whole experience from the planning stages through to completion and adding final touches has been extremely positive and carried out with a high level of professionalism and quality. This was my first experience having work carried out on my house and I did not have any idea of the process or the requirements of carrying out such a project. RB Building Solutions provided all of the services required, from initial planning to project management and final decoration. The entire process was made very straight forward for me and excellent communication was maintained throughout

• Garage side door, window and partition

  Ryan and his team did an excellent job of putting in a side door and window to the garage and then partitioning it so we could use the back part as a separate space. All the work was done to a very good standard, they were always on time and kept the place tidy. We were always kept informed of what work was being done. I would certainly recommend Ryan.

  RB services has offered me a smooth and efficient service from quotation to job completion. As the project is a renovation project, I have used RB now several times to help with the work. The jobs that have been undertaken have been very varied, and we have worked together over the last year. As it is an old building what we find when we start a piece of work can sometimes be unpredictable but RB is always able to suggest alternative solutions, and will fully discuss and explain these through with you, so you can make an informed decision.
