  Avoid RB Property Improvements Ltd! Ignored manufacturer's instructions, leading to leaks and unsafe installations. The shower enclosure needs reinstalling due to improper sealing. The tray was installed incorrectly, causing fitting issues. The mixer valve and tiling are poorly done. Tile adhesive was used instead of grout, resulting in cracking. The extractor fan is wired incorrectly, lacks a timer and humidistat, no isolation switch. Subpar plumbing neglected damproof course. Flooring laid incorrectly, numerous code violations, job incomplete after 3 weeks.

  I took on a total house renovation in Nov '23. Ross and his team have been supportive by my side through out the whole process. They completely stripped and rewired the house for me as well as doing the odd other little job such as fitting the shower walls and helping put in the towel rail. The guidance and support from the guys over the last 12 months has been top notch and I honestly dont think id have been able to do it without them! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs help. P
