  Ryan was very helpful and courteous, making time to come, after his work day, and in the rain, to provide a second opinion/assessment, about some work that I was concerned about. He used his ladder and checked everything out, being very thorough, taking lots of photographs and explained everything in great detail. Ryan then went home and emailed me an assessment of the work, which was great, as it was enough to persuade my builder that the roof work needed more effort on their part of bring it up to standard. I will do doubt go back to Ryan for such future requirement, thank you.

  Ryan responded quickly to my enquiry and asked for a couple of pictures of the job. He came round to have a look and gave me an estimate for what was quite a small job but was difficult to access. When I accepted the quote he came the same day and completed the job satisfactorily. I would be happy to use him again.
