10Verified ReviewBoiler broke down just before Christmas. They attended in an evening same day, didn’t charge an extortionate call out charge, temporarily fixed it and returned to fit a new control board. They didn’t charge a mark up on parts as I offered to collect them myself to ensure fitting in time for Christmas as they were extremely busy and kind enough to fit us in before the Christmas shut down. They arrived as planned, completed works and I cannot thank them enough.

10Verified ReviewOn 21st December I contacted Reactive Mechanical Services as my boiler was leaking, I knew it was a long shot being so close to Christmas, but Matt came out that very evening at 8:30 to look at it to see what the problem was. He managed to source the part (it was a diverter valve) and by 23rd December my boiler was fixed and we had heating again just in time for Christmas. The service was second to none. Matt came highly recommended to me and I can see why.
