    I emailed reading aerials to carry out a survey and quote to fit a new Starlink system to our business premises. The quote was very very competitive and they were able to install to meet our requirements the following day. I would highly recommend these guys for commercial work too.

    We are moving away from Cable TV. We were concerned we would have to revert to a huge aerial on our chimney. Thanks to their advice, instead we have small FreeSat Dish on the side of the house out of the wind. FreeSat supplies all the channels we want at present, so no more cable TV bills or a huge power hungry cable box.

  • Removal of defunct TV aerial

    Our old and redundant, external TV aerial, was causing problems owing to birds perching on it ........... and doing their poo's right onto our newly installed solar panels !! A call was therefore made to RAS (who we've had undertake work previously with excellent results) to remove it. Although attending on the agreed day, owing to an unforeseen problem, it was necessary to cancel and reschedule. Dan and Tom duly attended and within 30 mins, the aerial was down. Dan even offered to clean the bird poo off the affected solar panels, which he did. Cannot recommend RAS highly enough, thank you

Company info

For 40+ years, Dan Ford and his team have been installing TV and radio aerials and satellite systems, including Sky, Sky Q, Freesat and dishes for international channels.

Dan's father, Roger, started the business in 1975 from his mother's home in Whitley. In 1985 he bought a shop on the Wokingham Road and ran the business from there, whilst offering DIY and technical advice from the shopfront. Dan took over the business in 1995 and recently (2015) moved their office to Headley Road in Woodley.

In addition to aerial installations, their most popular services include:

·               Mounting TVs on the wall and hiding the connecting cables

·               Installation of high-quality CCTV systems with remote viewing from anywhere in the world

·               Installation of home ethernet networks and WiFi signal improvement

Their office is situated at the rear of Addstyle UK and is open to anyone wishing to purchase DIY products, book a home visit or enquire for technical advice.

They are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI). In addition, Dan has a distinction in Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV), which is the highest recognised award in the industry.
