• Knocking through walls, adding stud wall and bathroom reconfiguration

  Ray and Barry made the process smooth-sailing. Ray was easily contactable and replied to WhatsApp messages promptly. He took time to explain things and was always friendly with a good sense of humour. We had three rooms divided by new stud walls and three new doorways which involved knocking through two walls. The job involved relocation of the toilet and tiling work to the bathroom. All work was done with a neat finish. Ray was also happy to liaise with a Building Control firm (as we went through a Building Notice route). We'd happily invite Reassure back to our house for future work.

• Refurb of very dated bathroom to shower room

  From the very start I was made to feel both informed and comfortable, without pressure or hard sell tactics. Ray and Baz demonstrated a genuine pride and enthusiasm in their work which is clearly visible in the finished result, I am truly thrilled with my new shower room and would not only recommend them but have already started arrangements for them to undertake other work in my home.

• Replacing kitchen

  Reassure carried out a kitchen replacement for us in autumn 2023 and we were delighted with the work they did. This was the second major piece of work they've done for us (they replaced a bathroom in 2021) and I would always turn to them first for any future projects. Ray and his dad are a pleasure to have around and the quality of their work is amazing. They undertook almost all of the quite complicated work themselves (apart from plastering) and we're very happy with the finished product.
