10Verified ReviewVery prompt response to initial inquiry for boiler service. friendly and professional throughout. A member of Mark's team (Craig) visited the next day, as promised and on time. I mentioned that we were also struggling to get hot water from our bath tap, so Craig investigated. Unfortunately this revealed that the Viessman boiler had been poorly installed, (courtesy of 'BoilerCentral') Mark put together a very fair quote for the repairs and within a couple of days the repairs were carried out. No fuss, no mess. I would definitely recommend both Craig and Mark at Redfern and will use again.
