Redstone Property Services have over 21 years multi disciplinary experience within the construction and surveying industry.

We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and are members of The Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Associate Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), and Chartered Building Engineers (MCABE)

We specialise in Building Surveying Services to clients throughout London and the South East.

We can provide small scale domestic and commercial Project Management services and are able to assist production of Health and Safety information to help domestic and commercial clients to comply with the new CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

We Provide Expert Witness Services

We offer Infrared Thermal Imaging Surveys using a Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Camera.

We now offer high level camera inspections up to around 12m from ground level by using a pole mounted inspection camera. This allows us to inspect roof's, chimneys, windows etc without scaffolding or ladder access. We are also IPAF trained to operate mobile elevated work platforms for high level access requirements.

We specialise in building pathology, getting to the route of building defects to leave you with certainty about any remedial work.
