    Requested David for installing some new doors as well as changing out some handles and locks. He was willing to pick up and supply the parts needed and was very professional and courteous to deal with. Was also good at highlighting any potential issues in advance.

    David gave a very reasonable quote and worked very hard to complete the job in the time he allocated. His work was to a great quality and even came back to adjust the doors when the carpet had been fitted for no extra charge. David was very tidy and cleaned up after himself every day.

    Initially we only wanted part of the staircase remodelled. It was really difficult finding a company to take this on. Loto were more than happy to accept the job and it was completed to perfection - exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with the quality of the work, that we kept them on to tile the hallway floor and redecorate the entire hall and landing. We are currently compiling the next list of jobs for them. Lovely people, so polite, 5 star quality service. Would highly recommend.
