  Karl did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the communication I received from him as this was much better than previous experiences. He came across very knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. Top marks all round, would definitely use again and recommend him to anyone looking to make some improvements to ther homes.

  Karol and crew did a great job all round, from brick laying to plastering, plumbing and electrics. Both the bathroom came out amazing and so did the store room. They also tackled a good few jobs that came up and were very upfront about the charges. I would highly recommend Regent Estate Maintenance and I will be using them in the future.

  In 30 years of employing builders , this team was by far the best that I have ever used . They came every day and always on time and always worked until after 5pm .They were friendly , extremely hard working always listening to any requests I made and carried out every part of the job to the exact specification. I cannot believe the skill level as they did everything themselves, from structural work , plastering , building kitchen units , painting , electrics , plumbing, floor laying and all perfect !! Thank you very much to a fantastic team of builders , a pleasure to work with you .

• Ground floor extension

  Not enough characters to describe our positive experience with this company. Project completed on time, inspite of delays caused by planning around sewage pipes. Visitors (personal and trade) comment on the high quality of workmanship. We have asked for further work later in the year. The builder took great time and care in advising on all aspects of this project. Three sets of neighbours commented on the friendly and hard-working nature of the team who were also considerate in ensuring the house and work site remained safe and tidy for my family (including pregnant partner) and neighbours.
