Kept me informed throughout and when the inevitable hiccup arose, I was informed promptly. Who knew there was no floor under the existing base unit! Gave me a solution which I wax more than happy with. Clear pricing so no nasty surprises. Came with a vacuum and cleaned daily even though the house was unoccupied, Henry is obviously an integral member of their team. Very pleased and already planning further jobs to use their services again.
