• Kitchen fitting and decorating

  I could not recommend Renewvate Property Services Ltd enough! Calum and team did an incredible fitting our new kitchen. They are very skilled craftsmen with keen attention to detail (which I very much appreciated!). No task was too big or too small, and I am in love with the final result. I also really appreciated how clean and tidy they were, always ensuring to sweep, mop and put all their tools away in the corner at the end of day. They also went out of their way to protect my new floors. Thank you, Calum!

• Kitchen island installation

  Renewvate installed our Howden’s kitchen island. The workmanship was very good and it was clear that they are experienced, skilled builders, dedicated to the job. Communication was excellent throughout. Commitments to come back to check things were ‘settling’ well once the countertop had been put in place, added reassurance. Overall a good experience and we would work with Renewvate again.

• Remedial works to get large build signed off - home

  Calum and his team were extremely professional, friendly, speedy and very respectful, their craftsman’s ship was excellent. We needed a few things doing like rehanging doors, fire doors and extractor fans to get our large extension build signed off. We would highly recommend Calum and his team, they won’t over charge and are very honest.

• Retro Bathroom Fitting

  Calum and the team at Renewvate Property Services completed a complete bathroom renovation for our new home. Calum was recommended to me by our estate agents and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at every step of the way and provided guidance on what would work best. The team are professional, friendly and reliable and I'll be sure to use them for any future projects.

  Renewvate are brilliant! Calum and his team were very organised, and worked really hard and without any fuss to fit my lovely new kitchen. I am so pleased. The quality of their workmanship is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. They treated my property with the utmost respect and their timekeeping was great. I was kept fully updated on the progress of the work. In addition, Calum made suggestions for improvements to the scheme which I really appreciated. I will definitely be booking Renewvate for future building work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
