  My initial contact with the company was good. However I was informed they would get someone to ring me with availability asap. When I did not hear anything I rang the company again who said the person was on my road looking for parking. This was not the case, and, as no was getting back to me and it being Friday and getting late I told them to cancel the order and refund my deposit. He eventually turned up and completed the work. Pleasant and courteous and cleared up after himself.

• problem with mice

  We live up in the hills & we were having a problem with mice. The exterminator who came to our house is Conrad. I cannot say enough great things about him. On his first visit, he went through our house & examined any areas that the rodents could be entering through. He set up traps and came the next day and retrieved them. He is very kind, courteous and so respectful. I am so grateful to him. Thank you Rennils for being so professional in helping us.

  The person was on time and was very friendly. He checked the rat holes in and outside the property. He has placed the rat poisons around the areas where rat/mouse is moving around. He will have another visit in 2 weeks.
