  When Chris came round to see what I wanted doing he was polite, friendly and courteous. The most important factor on that occasion was that he listened to what I had envisioned and said that he could do that and also offered helpful ideas that I hadn’t thought of. When he came to do the work he kept me informed of the progress, he was extremely tidy and in my opinion his work was finished to a high standard. I am thrilled with the result.

  Straight away we knew Chris would be ideal as he was extremely professional and personable from start to finish, always there to answer questions as well as seeking our thoughts throughout. We were kept updated with all progress at the end of each day with everything left clean and tidy. Chris was always friendly, arriving every day with a smile and someone we trusted in our home. He was also very friendly and considerate towards our indoor cat. We are delighted with the final work and couldn’t have asked for a better person to undertake the job. We would not hesitate to use Chris again.

  It took me a long time to find someone to renovate our bathroom who I felt I could trust to not only do a good job and not rip me off, but also trusted to be left alone in the house to get on with it. Chris is a genuine, really nice guy who from the beginning of the project I was at ease with. His quote was very competitive for the quality we finished with. The project took some twists and turns but he overcame them with no issues. He gave great advice and was incredibly flexible.   I obtained 4 quotes for the job, and all came out very similar. Chris at Renov8te got my business because of his personable, polite conduct and a previous recommendation. During the job, he went about his business proactively, choosing appropriate moments to seek my thoughts when a decision was needed. His advice at these decision points proved to be invaluable. He arrived on time and cleaned up everyday. The end result has been a fantastic new bathroom, that my wife and I are delighted with. I thoroughly recommend Chris and Renov8te to everyone. Ps.   Excellent communication from the initial quote through to completion of the job. Full refurbishment of shower room, including new tiling, wall panels, flooring and all fittings. He was always super-helpful, courteous and friendly, and engaged well during any planning and decision making. All work was completed to a high standard and he tidied and vacuumed at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend and use Chris for further work in the future.
