    Asked for them to come out and do a quote; discourteous, refused and hung up saying “thanks for wasting my time”. Understand why he wouldn’t come but no need to be sarcastic and rude.

    Steve came out very promptly after my call. He has persevered with so many problems with it. He went to several places in different areas trying to get the right parts. Basically all parts of the toilet have been replaced over several visits while he had to wait for the parts to arrive if ordered. To me this was an absolute nightmare but it did not bother him! All work completed very well.
