    If you had to imagine the perfect property refurbishment company, taking in quality of workmanship, attention to detail, budget, reliability, communication and courtesy, then Revive Property Services Hampshire Ltd are it. Converting our garage into a family room was a big deal for me, having never had any major change-of-use refurbishment done before, but I completely lucked out with Rikki and his team. The new room looks incredible, and Rikki's project management has been second to none. True professionals. I'll be using them again for my next project.

    We called Ricky to get some building advice, We wanted an open planned kitchen so Ricky immediately put us in contact with a building surveyor he recommended to have a new lintel installed before our kitchen could be installed. Communication and professionalism remained 100% from start to finish. I am now waiting to start my next project and he will be the first person I call. As far as recommendations go, I couldn't recommend them enough the whole process was effortless being guided the whole way.

Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well. Our customers often comment that every colleague they interact with is approachable and cheerful; we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.


1 year guarantees are included as standard on all Bathrooms and Kitchens.


We specialise in general building, new builds to extensions and offer everything in between so you have no need to go finding different trades we offer it all.
