• Partywall waterproofing along the driveway

  The job was to remove a narrow portion (20cm wide) of exisitng shingles and soil underneath to 2 brick below dpc and use suitable tanking/waterproofing solution and membrane on to the wall before refilling the space with new shingles. Luan and Soni did a fantastic job in completing the above works to a high standard. They were on time, efficient and always tidy up the area after the works. They were kind enough to put some shingles in another part of the driveway. I have asked them to provide other quotes on other works as they are reasonabily priced and good people to work with. Thank you

• Excavation & levelling of the ground (front garden)

  I had a physically demanding job of removing 36sq/m of old crazy paving, weeds, and a brick planter, then levelling the entire area and laying down weed-proof membrane and type 1. They did a great job. I know how tough and dirty this job was. On the last day, the area was totally clean and flat. It looked like a totally different garden. Luan is such a nice guy, very professional and understanding. I strongly recommend Luan and his team and I will be using them for my next project.

Did everything that was asked in a competent, efficient and hardworking manner. Would not hesitate to work with again or recommend. Will be my first choice for groundworks in the future

• Extension footings + laying Solid Floor base.

  Luan is an excellent groundworker. He is extremely competent and knows exactly what to do. Luan dug out footings for my extension and filled them with concrete. He also sorted out some particularly tricky drainage (under the watch of building control), and layed the Solid Floor base for me. He did a great job, and was punctual and timely; and he communicated extremely well with me via calls and text. Definitely would recommend.
