  Emily was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning application. She reassured us on the first meeting that all would go to plan and gave us confidence. Her communication throughout the whole experience was excellent as we could call her mobile directly and promptly get answers to any queries that arose. Emily went above and beyond to help us get the positive result that we required. The price for for the overall work was the most competitive we received with no added or hidden costs. We were delighted with the overall experience with Reynolds Design Ltd. And highly recommend them

  We loved working with Emily. She understood the space we wanted to create and worked with us through the concept and drawing phase creatively finding a solution to our upstairs that we hadn't considered. She helped us get through a difficult planning process, has a strong network and understands the process thoroughly - able to advise on timeframes and correct protocol. Considering the quality of her work, time spent and continued support, we felt her prices incredibly fair. Emily is a delight to work with, very patient and reassuring, and we would highly recommend her.

Both times she has been responsive and worked well to timescales producing accurate and detailed work. I would have no difficulty recommending her services to friends or family .
