    Had a leaking thermostatic 3 way shower valve. Brilliant communication from start to finish. Came out pretty quickly and let me know the problem but made it manageable in the meantime too. Made a stressful process seem pretty relaxed. Very trustworthy and I’d happily call and use again. Experienced, knowledgable and reasonable.
