• Restoration of wood floor

  Rhafael came to look at the property at his own cost before work begun, was very detailed in asking about areas in cupboard and fixtures. Happy to answer questions and discuss options. Work started and ended on schedule. Rhafael and colleague Steve showed up pn time everyday and did a good job communicating progress and things to look out for. Three rooms, living room and kitchen done in 2.5 days. Very happy with our freshly sanded and recoated floor. There was almost no touch-up needed to paint work after. Gave us advice on how to deal with the first day after works, and how to care for it.

  Right from the first interaction Rhafael & Steve were both really helpful, professional, polite and friendly. Gave sound, impartial advice (between sanding existing old boards or installing new floor). They explained fully what would be needed and how the floor would look. The actual installation has been finished in the time frame expected and with great attention to detail and finish. The new floor looks really lovely, even better than hoped for! And they were both super helpful. Reliable & trustworthy firm. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
